All Saints Catholic Church in Warilla, south of Wollongong, needed a new hall to replace an existing building that was no longer suitable for the range of activities required.
Eastern Nomad Buildings designed, built and installed a large modular building to be used for the church’s social and recreational activities. To cater for the range of activities, the building was designed to include a high vaulted ceiling (7m high at the apex), large open plan space (over 360m2 ), full kitchen and catering facilities as well as male and female and disabled amenities.
The building comprised of 28 modules that were manufactured at our site and then transported to Warilla for assembly, finishing off and service connections. Disruption to the church grounds and activities was minimal due to the limited time on site. The building was completed and ready for occupation within just 6 weeks of the first modules being delivered to the site.
