The major benefit of modular construction for Bossley Park High School was a combination of price, speed, minimal disruption to a busy school site and aesthetically in situ.
This project also included a concrete slab floor to the dance studio which was then lined with sprung floor. This eliminated any ‘drumming’ effect which was a major factor for the client.
