The Eastern Nomad Accelerated Construction Process provides Child Care Operators with a number of distinct benefits over traditional construction methods:
1. Shorter lead times. Our construction method typically involves the use of a hybrid of in-factory component fabrication and simultaneous onsite works. 2. Flexibility. Eastern Nomad modular buildings can be relocated or sold at the end of a lease period, giving child care operators ownership of a transferable asset.
3. Utilising difficult sites. Another benefit of modular construction is the ability to provide flexible design and the installation of building components on difficult sites where access is often restricted. Modules can be craned over existing buildings and facilities to enable construction on land that is otherwise inaccessible and unavailable. This may provide opportunities for schools or businesses to provide onsite child care facilities on adjacent land.
