Building Design and Manufacture

Eastern Nomad buildings are designed by a team of specialists with experience in architectural design, building code requirements, materials and construction techniques. Nomad has long been recognised as a leader in building innovation including the first multi storey modular building, curved roofs and integration of new materials and finishes.

Using a customer focussed consultative process our buildings are designed to meet individual specifications as well as maximising comfort, aesthetic appeal, energy efficiency and ease of integration with existing structures and facilities.

We are continually introducing innovative options for enhanced aesthetic appeal and environmental efficiency including roof / ceiling options, verandahs, internal linings, external cladding options, window positions and more. Our buildings are designed to comply with the BCA including Section J.

We have in place a Quality Management System to ensure that our modular buildings are completed to specification - we offer a one year warranty on all our manufactured buildings.
