Am I compromising the appearance or quality of the building by selecting modular buildings?
No. The materials that are used in constructing modular buildings are the same as those materials found in conventional construction. Modular buildings also offer an extensive range of design options that frequently exceed customer's expectations - such as matching an existing structure's exterior, installing a specialised ceiling and roof system and designing a customised interior using the most up-to-date finishes and fit-outs. Buildings are constructed to the highest of standards and offer a significant life span. An additional benefit to using modular buildings is that they can be upgraded and refurbished if required.
Am I limited to certain sizes and layouts?
No. We have manufactured hundreds of buildings in many different sizes, layouts and configuration. While we have available a number of standard designs that many customers select, we readily custom design buildings to suit specific requirements. An advantage of using modular buildings is that they can be designed in many configurations ranging from a few hundred to thousands of square metres.
What is the turnaround time for modular buildings?
Delivery times are significantly shorter than conventional on-site building. Generally, custom designed buildings can be available within 6-8 weeks upon plan approval.
