Modular Classroom Installation Video

The following video shows the installation of an Eastern Nomad modular classroom building. The eight classroom, two storey building was specially designed to fit a constrained site and provides direct access to each level.

Stage 1 involved the construction of foundations and installation of services while the building was being manufactured offsite. Stage 2 involved the delivery and installation of the building over two days. The first day saw the delivery of eight modules with the final eight modules delivered and installed on day two. Ramps, stairs and internal fitout including data services, carpet and final painting were then completed.

The completed building provides eight classrooms and 580 square metres of teaching and storage space. The building includes air conditioning, carpet throughout, white boards and numerous data and power outlets.
