The school required a more spacious and contemporary building to accommodate a music room, art rooms and a drama teaching space with a small theatre.
The building was designed to use the existing piers and was constructed offsite at Eastern Nomad, allowing less disruption at the school while other construction was occurring as part of the school building development program.
The purchase price of the new building was able to be reduced by the trade-in value ENB was able to offer for the original building.
