Portable Building Management Services

Building delivery and installation – we will arrange delivery, installation, service connections and internal fit-out to prepare the building for occupation.

Building Relocation – if a portable or modular building needs to be moved to a new location, either within the existing site or elsewhere, we can arrange the building transportation and relocation. We will review the site and determine the optimum use of space and ideal location if necessary. We can also prepare the new site and restore the old site if required.
Building refurbishment and upgrade – one of the advantages of modular buildings is that they can be completely refurbished and upgraded to near new standard. Our Building Management Team can transform and rejuvenate both the interior and exterior of buildings using our state of the art in-house spray painting module. We can also upgrade floor and window coverings, stairways, balconies and many other requirements you may have.
Maintenance – if your buildings are rented from us, we can incorporate a regular maintenance plan into your contract to reduce the need for you to manage the maintenance.
Field Service – when buildings are rented, we will provide same day service (where possible but within 24 hours) to repair or replace any faulty product or building defect. We will also follow up after delivery to ensure your expectations have been met. Any outstanding issue will be resolved immediately.
Damage Waiver Protection – provides you with protection against the cost of damage to or loss of buildings and equipment while on hire.
