Sunland Group Construction - Louisa Road Apartments
Sunland Group is a large residential property developer. The Louisa Road Project included construction of luxury waterfront apartments in Birchgrove, Sydney.
Sunland required construction site accommodation including offices, amenities, lunchrooms and storage facilities within a very limited space. It was imperative that all buildings met Work Cover requirements while minimizing the site area occupied by the buildings.
Eastern Nomad Buildings provided single and double storey buildings, located adjacent to the waters edge, enabling maximum use of building area. Buildings were transported to site via barge and craned into location using a barge crane. The buildings were specially secured to the sea wall to minimize wind impact from across the bay. The buildings achieved Construction Code compliances.
