Unity Grammar College - Multiple Classrooms
Unity Grammar College is a new primary school in Sydney's south west, having commenced operation in January 2008.
Eastern Nomad Buildings worked with the school to design the 14 classrooms required as part of the development of stage one (K- year 6) of the school. The design of the buildings provided a functional and aesthetically pleasing solution for the school within a tight budget.
The classrooms were built off-site in our factory in parallel with other site works enabling the school to achieve the time frame required. Initial site works began in July 2007 and buildings were delivered and installed in stages during October and November 2007.
Furthermore, ENB was able to offer the school financing terms which allows the school to pay off the majority of the building cost over a three year period.
