The major benefits modular construction offered were speed, cost and quality. Classrooms were built off-site at the Eastern Nomad factory in parallel with other site works enabling the school to achieve the time frame required.
Initial site works began in July 2007 and buildings were delivered and installed in stages during October and November 2007.
Furthermore, ENB offered the school financing terms which allowed the school to pay off the majority of the building cost over a three year period.
The design of the buildings provided a functional and aesthetically pleasing solution for the school within a tight budget
